A key role at the heart of the facilities management function, where you will lead the negotiation, administration, and governance of FM procurement contracts. You will help secure favourable terms, manage risk, and support long-term, value-driven supplier partnerships across a diverse FM portfolio.
About the Role
In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of FM procurement contracts, from initial drafting and review through to execution, variations, and renewal. You will work closely with procurement, operations, and legal teams to ensure contracts are robust, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. You will support the preparation of tender documentation, evaluate commercial risks, and recommend optimal terms and conditions. Your work will be critical in protecting the organization’s interests, enhancing supplier performance, and ensuring contracts adhere to relevant laws, policies, and facilities management frameworks. You will thrive in a detail-oriented environment where accuracy, compliance, and negotiation excellence are essential.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Review, draft, and refine FM procurement contracts, service agreements, and related documentation to protect the organization’s commercial and legal interests.
- Support tender processes by preparing and reviewing contractual sections of RFQs/RFPs, terms and conditions, and bid-related documentation.
- Lead or support contract negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms, appropriate risk allocation, and clear performance obligations.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, operations, and legal teams to ensure contract structures are practical, enforceable, and aligned with operational realities.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, supporting the management of KPIs, service levels, and corrective actions where required.
- Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and facilities management contract frameworks.
- Assist in resolving contractual issues, variations, and disputes by providing clear documentation, analysis, and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records, contract registers, and documentation to support audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or similar roles, ideally within facilities management, procurement, or related sectors.
- Proven experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation, with strong understanding of legal and commercial terms and risk allocation.
- Solid knowledge of compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies relevant to FM procurement and contract frameworks.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and suppliers.
- High attention to detail, excellent drafting ability, and strong organisational skills to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
Certifications (Desirable)
- Professional certifications in contract management, procurement, or commercial law are an advantage.
- Additional training or certifications related to facilities management, commercial contracts, or compliance are beneficial.
Salary & Role Details

Salary / Compensation: AED 12,000 (final package in line with experience and client policy).
