About the Role

In this role, you will support logistics and related operational activities while developing your skills in planning, coordination, and documentation. You will work as part of a collaborative team, assisting with daily tasks such as tracking shipments, maintaining records, and liaising with internal stakeholders. You will receive guidance and on-the-job training to help you understand key logistics processes and systems. This position is designed for UAE National fresh graduates with 0–1 year of experience who are eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in the logistics field.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Support day-to-day logistics activities, including coordination of shipments, documentation, and basic reporting.
• Assist in preparing and updating records, files, and data related to orders, deliveries, and inventory movements.
• Work with internal teams to follow up on pending requests and ensure information is accurately captured and communicated.
• Learn and use relevant systems and tools to track logistics activities and generate simple reports or summaries as requested.
• Support process improvement initiatives by sharing observations, ideas, and feedback with the team.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, organisation, and professionalism in all tasks and interactions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university (any discipline; degrees in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields are an advantage).
• 0–1 year of work experience; internships or university projects related to logistics or operations are a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong interest in developing a career in logistics, operations, or supply chain.
• Good communication skills, willingness to learn, and a proactive, positive attitude.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort working with data and systems.
• This opportunity is open to UAE Nationals (Emiratis) in line with Emiratisation initiatives.

Certifications (Desirable)

• Any introductory courses or training in logistics, supply chain, or operations management is an advantage.
• Additional training in MS Excel or data analysis tools is beneficial.

Salary & Role Details

• Salary / Compensation: AED 23,000 (in line with client policy and candidate profile).
• Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (work arrangement and exact worksite details to be confirmed with the client during the selection process).
• Employment Type: Full time.
