You will drive operational excellence, manage budgets and vendors, and ensure facilities run safely, reliably, and efficiently.


About the Role

In this role, you will lead facilities management operations across a portfolio of sites, ensuring all hard services, preventive maintenance programs, and asset management activities are executed to high standards. You will oversee vendor performance, manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets, and ensure full compliance with HSE, statutory, and service-level requirements. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and service partners to solve operational issues, implement best practices, and continuously improve performance and customer satisfaction. This is a strategic, hands-on role for an FM leader who can balance technical depth with strong commercial and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Lead end-to-end facilities management operations across multiple sites, with a primary focus on hard services, preventive maintenance, and asset management.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans to maximise asset life, minimise downtime, and optimise lifecycle costs.
  • Oversee vendor selection, onboarding, and performance management, ensuring service partners meet contractual, technical, and safety requirements.
  • Manage CAPEX and OPEX planning, budget preparation, and cost control, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining service quality.
  • Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and relevant industry standards, promoting a strong safety culture across all sites.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, landlords, and service providers to address issues quickly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analysing performance data, implementing best practices, and introducing innovative FM solutions.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on operational performance, risks, and improvement plans for senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in facilities management, with a strong track record in hard services and multi-site operations.
  • Proven experience in preventive maintenance planning, asset management, and managing FM service providers or in-house technical teams.
  • Solid understanding of HSE requirements, statutory compliance, and industry standards relevant to FM operations in the region.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing CAPEX/OPEX budgets and driving cost optimisation without compromising quality.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.

Certifications (Desirable)

  • Professional certifications in Facilities Management or Asset Management (e.g. FM-related credentials) are an advantage.
  • Additional training in HSE, project management, or building services is beneficial.

Salary & Role Details

  • Salary / Compensation: AED 13,000–17,000 (final package will be aligned with experience and client policy).
  • Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (multi-site facilities portfolio within the region).
  • Employment Type: Full-Time.
  • Working Conditions / Schedule: Standard full-time working hours; occasional out-of-hours support may be required for critical FM issues or projects.
