About the Role
In this role, you will lead integrated marketing strategies for a portfolio of exhibitions and events clients, managing end-to-end campaigns across digital, social, content, PR, and offline channels. You will be responsible for brand positioning, creative direction, and performance-led marketing plans that drive audience acquisition, engagement, and ROI. You will oversee the full campaign lifecycle from concept and digital strategy to content, design, and production, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery. Drawing on your strong agency background, you will act as a strategic partner to senior clients while guiding internal teams to execute innovative, results-focused work.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Lead integrated marketing strategies for exhibitions and events clients, aligning campaign objectives with overall commercial and audience goals.
- Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, content, PR, and traditional media) to drive registrations, attendance, and exhibitor interest.
- Own brand positioning and creative direction across diverse industry portfolios, ensuring compelling messaging and visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage end-to-end campaign delivery from concept development, digital strategy, and media planning through to content, design, and production for large-scale events.
- Lead client relationships at senior level, acting as a trusted strategic advisor and proactively identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (strategy, creative, performance, CRM, production) to ensure seamless execution and on-time delivery of all campaign components.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and use insights to optimise activity, report on KPIs, and demonstrate clear value to clients.
- Champion best practices in digital marketing and integrated communications within the agency, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline (BS/MS).
- 15–20 years of experience in marketing, with significant time in agency environments supporting events, exhibitions, or large-scale campaigns.
- Proven experience in agency strategy, digital marketing, and integrated campaign planning for major brands or portfolios.
- Strong client leadership skills with a track record of managing senior stakeholders and driving long-term client relationships and growth.
- Deep understanding of digital channels, content marketing, social media, performance marketing, and event-driven campaigns.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex objectives into clear, actionable marketing plans.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Certifications (Desirable)
- Professional certifications in digital marketing, social media, or marketing strategy are an advantage.
- Additional leadership or account management training is beneficial.
Salary & Role Details

Salary / Compensation: AED 45,000 (final package will be aligned with experience and client policy).
