A senior leadership role for an agency-side Marketing Director to shape premium, experience-led strategies for luxury retail brands across the region. You will own customer experience, digital campaigns, and brand positioning for some of the market’s most aspirational names.
About the Role
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for a portfolio of luxury retail brands, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the highest standards of brand craft and customer experience. You will define positioning, customer journeys, and integrated campaign plans across digital, social, CRM, in-store, and experiential channels. Working closely with senior client stakeholders, you will guide them on how to elevate their brands, deepen loyalty, and drive measurable commercial outcomes. You will lead cross-functional agency teams to deliver sophisticated, insight-led work that balances creativity with performance. Drawing on your deep understanding of luxury consumers, you will champion consistency, exclusivity, and emotional resonance across all communications.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Lead integrated marketing strategy for luxury retail brands, aligning brand positioning and campaign objectives with clients’ growth and customer experience ambitions.
- Design and oversee omni-channel campaigns across digital, social, CRM, e-commerce, and in-store activations to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.
- Shape differentiated brand platforms and narratives that strengthen desirability, exclusivity, and long-term equity within the luxury segment.
- Champion customer insight and data, translating behaviours and preferences into targeted strategies, personalised experiences, and loyalty-driving initiatives.
- Lead client relationships at senior level, acting as a trusted advisor on luxury marketing, brand strategy, and digital transformation topics.
- Oversee creative direction and content standards to ensure all communications, visuals, and touchpoints meet luxury brand benchmarks and guidelines.
- Manage cross-functional agency teams (strategy, creative, media, social, CRM) to deliver seamless execution and on-time, on-budget delivery of all initiatives.
- Monitor performance KPIs across channels, using insights to optimise campaigns and demonstrate clear business impact to client stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of luxury, retail, and digital trends, inspiring both clients and internal teams with fresh thinking and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline (BS/MS).
- 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, with substantial exposure to luxury retail or premium brands, ideally in an agency environment.
- Proven expertise in luxury marketing, brand strategy, and digital campaign leadership across multiple channels and markets.
- Strong background in customer insights and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to translate findings into actionable strategies and experiences.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience guiding senior client stakeholders and leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-impact work.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with a refined sense of aesthetics and understanding of luxury brand codes.
Certifications (Desirable)
- Professional certifications in digital marketing, luxury brand management, or customer experience are an advantage.
- Additional leadership or strategy training is beneficial.
Salary & Role Details

Salary / Compensation: AED 45,000–50,000 (final package will be aligned with experience and client policy).

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (agency environment with a focus on luxury retail brands).
