About the Role

In this role, you will act as the senior strategic partner to key clients, owning the relationship and ensuring flawless delivery across integrated marketing, branding, and advertising initiatives. You will orchestrate brand activations, influencer programs, and campaign rollouts that resonate with retail and lifestyle audiences in the region. Working closely with creative, strategy, and digital teams, you will ensure every project is insight-driven, on-brand, and commercially effective. You will also help identify growth opportunities, guide junior team members, and champion best-in-class client service at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Lead and grow strategic client relationships, acting as the primary senior point of contact across marketing, branding, and advertising initiatives.
  • Develop and present integrated campaign strategies that connect culture, creativity, and commerce, with a focus on retail and lifestyle brands.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of brand activations, experiential initiatives, and influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, content, social, media, production) to translate client objectives into impactful work.
  • Monitor campaign performance, review data and insights, and recommend optimizations that drive brand equity and commercial results.
  • Mentor and guide junior account team members, providing direction, feedback, and support on client management and project delivery.
  • Identify organic growth opportunities, pitch new ideas, and contribute to new business efforts within the marketing and branding space.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or client servicing within marketing, branding, or advertising agencies, ideally at a senior level.
  • Strong track record in brand activations, influencer marketing, and campaigns for retail and lifestyle brands.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behaviour, cultural trends, and the regional marketing landscape.
  • Excellent client-facing, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Certifications (Desirable)

  • Professional certifications in digital marketing or social media platforms.
  • Any recognized qualification in account management, brand management, or project management.

Salary & Role Details

  • Salary / Compensation: AED 20,000–30,000 per month, depending on experience and profile.
  • Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (work arrangement to be discussed during the interview process).
  • Employment Type: Full-time.
  • Working Conditions / Schedule: Standard full-time schedule; specific working hours and flexibility requirements will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
