About the Role
In this role, you will build, lead, and scale a high-performing Social Business Unit rooted in creativity, accountability, and entrepreneurial drive. You will own the P&L, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability while delivering integrated social solutions across strategy, creative, content, and amplification. Working closely with government and enterprise clients, you will shape social media storytelling that supports reputation, engagement, and measurable impact. You will also provide strategic leadership to cross-functional teams, setting the vision, standards, and culture for best-in-class social media work in the region.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Social Business Unit with a culture of creativity, accountability, and ownership.
- Own and manage the business unit P&L, including revenue growth, profitability, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Oversee integrated social services spanning strategy, creative, content production, and amplification/media for government and enterprise clients.
- Drive social media storytelling that aligns with client objectives, brand positioning, and audience insights across platforms.
- Lead the development of integrated campaign scopes, ensuring clear deliverables, timelines, and KPIs for multi-channel initiatives.
- Strengthen and grow senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on social media strategy and digital reputation.
- Establish performance frameworks, reporting, and optimization routines to ensure accountable, results-driven social media delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Background in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or integrated communications, with significant leadership responsibility.
- Proven experience working with enterprise and/or government clients, ideally within the Middle East region.
- Strong expertise in social media strategy, storytelling, and platform best practices across key channels.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Exceptional client leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with a strategic and solutions-oriented mindset.
Certifications (Desirable)
- Professional certifications in social media or digital marketing platforms.
- Any recognized qualification in leadership, account management, or project management.
Salary & Role Details

Salary / Compensation: AED 30,000–40,000 per month, depending on experience and profile.
