About the Role
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for a prominent exhibitions and events business with a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C shows. You will own the marketing vision, positioning, and go-to-market plans, ensuring each exhibition reaches the right audiences and achieves ambitious attendance, engagement, and revenue targets. Drawing on strong roots in advertising agency environments, you will champion creative excellence while balancing data, insight, and commercial objectives. You will collaborate closely with sales, operations, content, and leadership teams to deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, partnerships, and on-ground channels. As a senior leader, you will also mentor and grow a high-performing marketing team and establish best practices across the function.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Lead the overall marketing strategy for a portfolio of B2B and B2C exhibitions and events, from positioning to go-to-market execution.
- Design and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, PR, and offline channels to drive visitor, delegate, and exhibitor acquisition.
- Provide creative leadership, shaping campaign narratives, key visuals, and messaging in partnership with in-house and agency teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, production, and senior leadership to align marketing plans with event, revenue, and brand objectives.
- Set clear KPIs, track performance, and use data and insights to optimize campaigns and channels for maximum ROI and audience impact.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a marketing team, setting standards, processes, and best practices for high-quality, efficient delivery.
- Manage marketing budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across multiple concurrent exhibitions and initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with significant leadership experience in exhibitions, events, or related industries.
- Proven track record in leading integrated marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C exhibitions and events.
- Strong background in or exposure to advertising agency environments, with an ability to bridge strategy and creative execution.
- Demonstrated strength in marketing strategy, creative leadership, campaign oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with a data-informed and results-driven mindset.
Certifications (Desirable)
- Professional certifications in digital marketing, event marketing, or related disciplines.
- Any recognized qualification in leadership, brand management, or project management.
Salary & Role Details

Salary / Compensation: AED 40,000–45,000 per month, depending on experience and profile.
