About the Role
In this role, you will serve as the Finance Controller for a diversified global group spanning technology, distribution, and integrated services. You will be responsible for consolidated management reporting, budgeting, and real-time financial tracking across multiple entities and geographies. You will drive disciplined cash flow control, cost management, and forecasting, while ensuring strong coordination with auditors, banks, and compliance teams. Partnering closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders, you will strengthen financial visibility, enhance controls, and support sound, data-driven decision-making across the Group.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Lead consolidated MIS and group-wide financial reporting, ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful management information across all business units.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and real-time financial tracking, providing clear visibility on performance versus plan and key drivers.
- Manage cash flow control and working capital, including monitoring inflows/outflows, optimizing liquidity, and supporting funding decisions.
- Drive cost management initiatives, partnering with operational and commercial teams to identify efficiencies and improve profitability.
- Coordinate with external and internal auditors, banks, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory, banking, and internal policy requirements.
- Strengthen financial controls, processes, and systems across the Group, embedding best practices and reducing operational and financial risk.
- Provide stakeholder-ready analysis, commentary, and recommendations to senior management to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified CPA or Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 15+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including substantial exposure to group-level control and reporting.
- Strong expertise in group consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, and audit and compliance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with accounting/ERP systems and financial reporting tools within diversified or multi-entity environments.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders, auditors, banks, and cross-functional teams.
- Disciplined, structured approach with strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Certifications (Desirable)
- Additional certifications in IFRS, financial risk management, or corporate governance are an advantage.
- Any recognized leadership or management development qualification is beneficial.
Salary & Role Details

Salary / Compensation: AED 35,000–40,000 per month, depending on experience and profile.
