M&A Analyst – Dubai, United Arab Emirates

About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with senior investment and corporate finance professionals to evaluate, structure, and execute M&A and strategic investment opportunities. You will be deeply involved in financial due diligence, transaction advisory support, and asset valuation across multiple sectors. You will help review and support the drafting and finalization of transaction documents, including SPAs and SHAs, ensuring commercial terms are accurately reflected. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated analyst with 1–5 years of experience to build a strong technical foundation in M&A within a sophisticated corporate / family office setting.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Support end-to-end M&A processes, from initial screening and analysis through to closing and post-transaction follow-up.
- Perform financial due diligence and transaction advisory analysis, including quality of earnings, working capital, and key value drivers.
- Conduct asset and business valuations using appropriate methodologies (DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables, etc.).
- Support SPA/SHA review, drafting, and finalization, ensuring alignment between commercial understanding and legal documentation.
- Prepare investment memos, management presentations, and decision-support materials for senior management and investment committees.
- Liaise with external advisors (legal, financial, tax, technical) to coordinate inputs, data rooms, and deliverables during transactions.
- Support portfolio and market research, benchmarking, and financial modelling to help identify and evaluate new investment opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline; MBA and/or CFA are preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in M&A, transaction advisory, corporate finance, investment banking, or a similar analytical role.
- Hands-on experience in due diligence, transaction advisory work, and asset/business valuation.
- Exposure to SPA/SHA review, drafting, and/or finalization in collaboration with legal and deal teams is strongly advantageous.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and Excel skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy under tight timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Certifications (Desirable)
- CFA charterholder or candidate, or an MBA with a concentration in Finance or Investments.
- Additional training or certifications in valuation, financial modelling, or M&A/transaction advisory.
Salary & Role Details

Salary / Compensation: AED 17,000–22,000 per month, plus benefits, depending on experience and profile.
