About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with senior investment professionals to support portfolio management activities for a family office. You will monitor portfolio performance, assist with asset allocation decisions, and prepare analysis and reports to guide investment strategy. You will be involved in evaluating new opportunities, tracking existing holdings, and maintaining high-quality data and documentation. This position offers strong exposure to multi-asset investing and is ideal for an analytically minded professional with 1–5 years of experience looking to deepen their expertise in portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Support day-to-day portfolio management, including monitoring performance, risk, and exposure across asset classes.
• Assist in preparing portfolio reviews, performance reports, and dashboards for internal stakeholders and principals.
• Conduct financial and investment analysis on existing holdings and potential opportunities, using quantitative and qualitative inputs.
• Contribute to portfolio rebalancing, cash management, and execution follow-up in line with agreed investment guidelines.
• Support market, sector, and manager research to inform portfolio construction and strategic asset allocation decisions.
• Maintain accurate investment records, data, and documentation to ensure high-quality portfolio oversight and governance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Investments, or a related discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in portfolio management, investment analysis, or a similar role within financial services or a family office environment.
• Solid understanding of portfolio management concepts and financial instruments, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and other analytical tools used in investment and portfolio analysis.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate analysis into concise, decision-ready insights.

Certifications (Desirable)

• CFA, CA, or MBA is strongly preferred.
• Additional training or certifications in investments, portfolio management, or financial analysis are an advantage.

Salary & Role Details

• Salary / Compensation: AED 17,000–22,000 per month plus benefits, depending on experience and profile.
• Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (work arrangement to be discussed during the interview process).
• Employment Type: Full-time.
• Working Conditions / Schedule: Standard full-time schedule, with flexibility required around reporting cycles and key investment decisions.
• Other Details: Role focused on portfolio management within a family office environment, with exposure to diversified assets and close interaction with senior investment stakeholders.
