About this opportunity: Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition while supporting day-to-day employee relations, helping the business attract, hire, and retain top talent in a fast-paced environment.


About the Role

In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring needs and sourcing candidates through to offer management and onboarding. You will use a mix of headhunting, talent acquisition strategies, and networking to build strong candidate pipelines across key functions. Alongside recruitment, you will support employee relations activities, ensuring employees receive timely support on HR-related queries and processes. You will work closely with hiring managers and the wider HR team to deliver a smooth, professional, and candidate-friendly experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including briefings, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer support.
  • Proactively headhunt and source talent using job portals, social platforms, networking, and referrals to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Coordinate a smooth candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, feedback, and professional touchpoints throughout the process.
  • Support employee relations by assisting with HR queries, documentation, and day-to-day people-related processes as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and employee records in HR/ATS systems and trackers.
  • Partner with hiring managers and the HR team to understand workforce needs and contribute to ongoing talent acquisition improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience sourcing and screening candidates across multiple channels and job levels.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and basic employee relations practices is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with a service-oriented mindset.

Certifications (Desirable)

  • Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent).
  • Any additional training in talent acquisition, interviewing, or employment law.

Salary & Role Details

  • Salary / Compensation: AED 23,000 per month plus benefits, depending on experience and profile.
  • Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (work arrangement to be discussed during the interview process).
  • Employment Type: Full-time.
  • Working Conditions / Schedule: Standard full-time schedule; flexibility may be required around interview slots and business needs.
  • Other Details: Role focused on end-to-end recruitment, headhunting, talent acquisition, and supporting employee relations activities.
