Sales Manager – Aftermarket Automotive – Dubai, United Arab Emirates

About the Role

In this role, you will lead sales activities for the aftermarket automotive segment, managing key customer relationships and driving growth across assigned territories and channels. You will translate business objectives into clear sales plans, monitor execution, and ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded. Working closely with internal teams, you will help shape pricing, promotions, and customer programs that strengthen brand presence and loyalty. You will also manage and develop a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and structure to build a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Develop and execute sales plans for the aftermarket automotive portfolio to achieve revenue, volume, and margin targets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key customers, distributors, and workshops, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team, setting clear KPIs, monitoring performance, and providing regular feedback and support.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and partnerships to expand the customer base and product penetration.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance to align pricing, promotions, stock availability, and customer programs with sales objectives.
  • Track sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare regular reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market developments, sharing insights and recommending actions to protect and grow market share.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, ideally within the aftermarket automotive or related automotive sector.
  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial or team-lead role, with a proven record of delivering sales results through others.
  • Strong understanding of aftermarket automotive products, channels, and customer needs is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability in sales planning, pipeline management, and target achievement in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a hands-on, results-driven approach.

Certifications (Desirable)

  • Sales, automotive, or leadership certifications are an advantage.
  • Any additional training in key account management or commercial excellence is beneficial.

Salary & Role Details

  • Salary / Compensation: AED 20,000–25,000 per month, depending on experience and profile.
  • Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (on-site/hybrid work arrangement to be discussed during the interview process).
  • Employment Type: Full-time.
  • Working Conditions / Schedule: Standard full-time schedule; flexibility may be required for customer visits, market travel, and peak sales periods.
  • Other Details: Role focused on sales leadership within the aftermarket automotive sector, with responsibility for driving revenue growth and managing a sales team.
