About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales of aftermarket automotive products across an assigned territory. You will own key customer relationships, regularly visiting the market to understand needs, identify gaps, and convert opportunities into sustainable business. Working closely with internal teams, you will execute pricing, promotions, and sales programs that support brand visibility and product availability. You will also monitor competitor activity, analyze territory performance, and provide accurate forecasts and insights to management. This position is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional with hands-on experience in the automotive aftermarket space.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Manage and grow aftermarket automotive sales within an assigned territory, achieving volume, revenue, and distribution targets.
- Develop strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and workshops, acting as their primary commercial contact.
- Implement agreed sales plans, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to increase product penetration and brand visibility in the market.
- Conduct regular market visits to track performance, gather feedback, assess competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with supply chain and customer service teams to ensure product availability, timely deliveries, and high service levels for customers.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer database, preparing periodic reports, forecasts, and territory performance reviews for management.
- Support the implementation of key account plans and territory development initiatives as part of the wider sales strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Automotive, or a related field.
- At least 4+ years of experience in sales, with 3–5 years specifically in territory or field sales roles; aftermarket automotive experience is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of aftermarket automotive products, channels, and customer dynamics within the region.
- Proven ability to manage a sales territory, build strong customer relationships, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
Certifications (Desirable)
- Sales or key account management certifications.
- Any additional training in automotive products or aftermarket sales is an advantage.
Salary & Role Details

Salary / Compensation: AED 20,000–25,000 per month, depending on experience and profile.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (on-site/field-based role; specific work arrangement to be discussed during the interview process).
