About the Role

In this role, you will support end-to-end marketing and visual merchandising activities for a fashion brand, with a strong focus on perfume and makeup lines. You will help plan and execute brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities, translating marketing concepts into visually appealing in-store displays and point-of-sale materials. Working closely with retail, marketing, and merchandising teams, you will ensure that brand guidelines are consistently applied across all touchpoints. You will also track campaign and display performance, suggesting improvements to enhance customer engagement and sell-through.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions for fashion, perfume, and makeup product lines.
  • Create and implement visual merchandising concepts, ensuring windows, gondolas, and in-store displays are brand-right, attractive, and commercially effective.
  • Coordinate POS materials, display fixtures, and visual guidelines for stores, ensuring timely rollout and consistency across locations.
  • Collaborate with retail teams to maintain standards of visual merchandising and quickly adapt layouts based on product performance and seasonality.
  • Support digital and social marketing initiatives with content, visuals, and campaign ideas aligned to brand positioning and launches.
  • Assist with event setups, launch activations, and in-store animations to drive awareness, traffic, and conversion for key products.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends in fashion, perfume, and makeup to propose fresh ideas and improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Fashion, Design, Business, or a related field.
  • Around 3 years of experience in marketing and/or visual merchandising within the fashion industry.
  • Prior experience working with a perfume or makeup brand is strongly preferred, with an understanding of beauty retail dynamics.
  • Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and brand consistency, with the ability to translate marketing briefs into compelling visual executions.
  • Good coordination and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and store requests at once.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a hands-on approach and passion for fashion and beauty.

Certifications (Desirable)

  • Courses or certifications in visual merchandising, fashion marketing, or design are an advantage.
  • Any additional training related to beauty, cosmetics, or retail marketing is beneficial.

Salary & Role Details

  • Salary / Compensation: AED 8,000–10,000 per month, depending on experience and profile.
  • Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (on-site/hybrid details to be discussed during the interview process).
  • Employment Type: Full-time.
  • Working Conditions / Schedule: Standard full-time schedule; flexibility may be required for store visits, launches, and visual changes outside of standard hours.
  • Other Details: Role focused on marketing support and visual merchandising within the fashion and beauty (perfume/makeup) category.
