About the Role

In this role, you will lead stakeholder management and public relations for a real estate business with a strong footprint in the Dubai market. You will be responsible for building, managing, and nurturing relationships with key external stakeholders – including government entities, partners, communities, and the media – to support the company’s brand and strategic objectives. You will design and execute PR and communication plans tailored to Dubai’s real estate landscape, ensuring consistent, clear, and positive messaging across all channels. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will anticipate issues, manage reputational risks, and ensure that stakeholder engagement is proactive, structured, and impact-driven.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Develop and execute stakeholder and PR strategies that support the company’s reputation, projects, and long-term positioning within the Dubai real estate market.
• Identify, map, and manage key stakeholders (government bodies, partners, communities, industry associations, and media) and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with them.
• Plan and oversee external communications, media engagement, press releases, and events in alignment with corporate messaging and brand guidelines.
• Monitor public sentiment and market developments in Dubai’s real estate sector, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership on opportunities and reputational risks.
• Support leadership in preparing talking points, speeches, and briefing materials for key stakeholder meetings, conferences, and public appearances.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal, commercial, projects) to ensure alignment and consistency in stakeholder communications and engagement activities.
• Track, measure, and report on stakeholder and PR initiatives, demonstrating impact and driving continuous improvement in engagement strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in PR, communications, or stakeholder management, ideally within the Dubai market.
• Proven experience managing PR and stakeholder relationships in Dubai, with strong familiarity with local market dynamics and expectations.
• Experience in or exposure to the real estate sector is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong strategic thinking, issues management, and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive and composed approach.

Certifications (Desirable)

• Professional certifications in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Stakeholder Management.
• Any recognized leadership or project management qualification is an advantage.

Salary & Role Details

• Salary / Compensation: AED 35,000 per month, depending on experience and profile.
• Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (on-site/hybrid work arrangement to be discussed during the interview process).
• Employment Type: Full-time.
• Working Conditions / Schedule: Standard full-time schedule; flexibility may be required for stakeholder events, launches, and key meetings.
