About the Role
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a group-wide recruitment and talent acquisition strategy that supports current needs and future workforce plans. You will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for all functions and levels, ensuring a consistent, high-quality hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders. Working closely with senior management, you will align hiring priorities with business objectives, workforce planning, and organisational design. You will also lead and coach recruitment teams, drive employer branding initiatives, and champion data-driven, forward-looking recruitment practices that position the organisation as an employer of choice. This position is open to UAE Nationals only.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Lead, develop, and execute the organisation’s overall talent acquisition strategy to attract, hire, and retain top talent across all levels and functions.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and requisition approval through sourcing, assessment, selection, and offer management.
- Manage, mentor, and develop recruitment teams, setting clear objectives, KPIs, and standards for performance and service excellence.
- Partner with senior management and HR leadership to align hiring priorities with business goals, headcount plans, and organisational changes.
- Design and embed recruitment strategies, processes, and tools that ensure efficient, fair, and high-quality hiring decisions.
- Lead employer branding, talent marketing, and candidate experience initiatives to position the organisation as an employer of choice in the region.
- Leverage data, analytics, and market insights to track recruitment performance, optimise channels, and advise leadership on talent trends and risks.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with internal policies, labour regulations, and best-practice standards for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Qualifications & Experience
- This position is open to UAE Nationals only.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with proven experience as a Recruitment Director, Talent Acquisition Manager, or similar senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and employer branding best practices in a corporate or group environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing recruitment teams and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- Comfort with recruitment systems/ATS, metrics, and analytics to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills, with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach.
Certifications (Desirable)
- Professional HR or talent acquisition certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent).
- Any recognised qualification in leadership, organisational development, or employer branding.
Salary & Role Details

Salary / Compensation: AED 50,000–60,000 per month, depending on experience and profile.
