About the Role
In this role, you will manage digital marketing activities for a portfolio of events, from planning and executing campaigns to optimising on-site and online experiences. You will coordinate with agencies, internal stakeholders, and creative teams to deliver social content, eDMs, and digital assets that drive registrations and engagement. A key part of your role will be coding and developing landing pages, email templates, and website updates using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Umbraco CMS. You will combine performance-focused thinking with strong technical skills to ensure every campaign is both visually compelling and conversion-driven. This position is open exclusively to UAE Nationals.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for events, from brief and planning through to execution, reporting, and optimisation.
- Coordinate with agencies and internal teams on media plans, social content calendars, creative assets, and campaign timelines.
- Develop and update landing pages, registration forms, and campaign microsites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Umbraco CMS.
- Build and optimise eDMs and email journeys, ensuring responsive design, deliverability, and alignment with brand guidelines and event objectives.
- Support live event activations with real-time digital content updates, social coverage, and on-site digital touchpoints where required.
- Monitor campaign performance across channels, track key metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team and stakeholders.
- Ensure all digital assets and web experiences are user-friendly, on-brand, and optimised for both desktop and mobile users.
Qualifications & Experience
- This position is open to UAE Nationals only.
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or a related field is preferred (e.g., Marketing, Communications, IT, or similar).
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within events, media, or a fast-paced campaign-led environment.
- Hands-on proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building and updating landing pages, eDMs, and front-end website components.
- Experience working with CMS platforms; familiarity with Umbraco CMS is a strong advantage.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders at once.
- A data-aware mindset, comfortable reviewing performance metrics and translating them into actionable improvements.
Certifications (Desirable)
- Certifications in digital marketing platforms or tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta/Instagram marketing).
- Any additional training in front-end development, email marketing, or marketing automation.
Salary & Role Details

Salary / Compensation: AED 23,000 per month, depending on experience and profile.
